Our cozy apartment located just 20 minutes away from the stunning Niagara Falls. Nestled just a couple of blocks away from the Empire State Trail, it's the perfect spot for travelers who enjoy exploring on bicycles. We offer you a comfortable retreat after a day of adventure. Everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a comfortable bedroom. Within walking distance, you'll discover an array of delightful restaurants and bars.
Good to know
Our house was built in 1826. It was owned by Bryant and Sweeney families. You probably won't tell it by looking from outside, but it has a good history. There is a separate entrance to the apartment from the back of the building. There is everything you need in the apartment. We are constantly improving and renovating it. I live close by, so if you need anything just give me a call.

If you have a dog(s) as your service animal, keep in mind that there are two cats living downstairs. Only well trained animals please.

Neighborhood
It's a very quiet, nice, safe neighborhood. A biking and walking trail is near by. Lots of restaurants and a farmers market. There is a creek in the walking distance, so you can rent kayaks and other fun water activities during summer.
Guest Access
The parking area is in the back of the house. It's off street parking. You need to know and be ready for stairs on the second floor. No elevator!
